Overview Acceler Project Management, in partnership with Good Shepherd Lutheran College Noosaville, is calling for Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified building contractors to participate in a Two Part Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process for the procurement of a new two storey performing arts building. Scope Participation in a Two Part Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process for the procurement of a new two storey performing arts building Contractor Requirements To be considered for this Expression of Interest, contractors must have: Strong experience in delivering large school building projects, preferably on the Sunshine Coast Strong experience working in live school environments Experience participating in the design phase of projects, preferably school performing arts and ECI projects Availability to tender in November 2026 Safety, environmental and quality management systems (third party certified preferred) Suitable QBCC licence and business financials How to Apply Expressions of interest must be submitted to ben.mclauchlan@accelerpm.com.au no later than 11:00am 18 September 2026.
