Overview Wilson Architects is inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced contractors to submit an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) tender for Stage 1 of a new independent school in the Greater Brisbane Area. Scope The scope includes: Refurbishment of an existing building into nominally 14 classrooms and associated amenities and administration space Delivery of the works during 2027, with the facility to open in 2028 Contractor Requirements Suitably experienced contractors are invited to submit an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) tender How to Apply Expressions of interest (maximum 3 pages) should be submitted to Phillip Lukin at Wilson Architects before close of business Monday 9 November 2026.
