About this tender

Overview Queensland Treasury is seeking submissions from suitably qualified suppliers to provide ongoing support, maintenance, managed services and development services for the Financial Assurance Information Registry (FAIR). About FAIR is a business-critical application built on the Appian low-code enterprise platform. The system supports the administration of the Queensland Government's Financial Provisioning Scheme and integrates with external agency systems and Treasury's SAP financial management system. Purpose This procurement will establish a contract for the ongoing provision of FAIR support, maintenance and development services. Scope The scope includes: Tier 1 to Tier 4 application support and incident management Monitoring and resolution of system issues and errors Appian platform and environment support, including upgrades and liaison with Appian Ongoing application development and enhancements (approximately eight development days per month) Management of code releases across environments and support for production deployments Testing and quality assurance activities associated with support and development services Support for system integrations and participation in inter-agency governance and operational meetings Contractor Requirements Significant experience providing support and development services for Appian-based solutions Experience supporting government enterprise applications and complex system integrations will be highly regarded
