About this tender
Overview Livingstone Shire Council is seeking tenders for the supply and delivery of twelve (12) utility vehicles, including all accessories, fit-out, documentation, warranties and associated requirements necessary to provide the vehicles in accordance with the Contract and Technical Specification. Scope The scope includes: Supply and delivery of twelve (12) utility vehicles, comprising a combination of 2WD and 4WD configurations, including extra cab and dual cab variants, as detailed in the Tender Documents Provision of all associated accessories and fit-out for the vehicles Provision of associated documentation and warranties Contractor Requirements All vehicles supplied must be new, fit for purpose and fully compliant with the Technical Specification at the time of delivery Contract Terms and Conditions The Contract will be administered under Council's Goods and Services Agreement Council may award the vehicles in whole or in part Delivery may occur in stages, subject to the requirements and delivery timeframes specified in the Tender Documents
