Bulloo Shire Council is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified contractors to complete works associated with Contracts 2025-2026-277 and 278-288 – Flood Damaged Roads Restoration – Various Roads in Bulloo Shire. The Works Under Contract will be provided in accordance with the tendered Schedule of Rates as submitted in Schedule K1 Contract Works Pricing Schedule, Schedule K2 Additional Works Pricing Schedule and Schedule K3 Rates for Variation. Tenders RFT 2025-2026-277 and 278-288 Flood Damaged Roads Restoration – Various Roads will provide for two separate Contract agreements. 2025-2026-277 – Flood Damaged Roads Restoration – North East Zone 1 (77) 2025-2026-278-288 – Flood Damaged Roads Restoration – Bulloo Downs Road (78) & Tickalara Road (88) Tenderers shall note that while the Works Under Contract are intended to be awarded as three separate agreements, this does not preclude Tenders from submitting Tenders for one, two, or all three packages, if they have the capacity and capability to complete the Works Under Contract by the specified Date for Practical Completion.
