About this tender
Metro North Hospital and Health Service (MNHHS, ‘the Customer’), invites Suppliers (including local supplier, small and medium enterprises and regional Queensland suppliers) to submit an Offer to supply Services in accordance with this Invitation to Offer (ITO). MNHHS is establishing a Contract for the provision of services for the completion of Annual Full Function Fire Testing (FFFT) and as nominated Quarterly System Interface Testing (SIT). The successful Service Provider will act as lead for these scheduled activities and will have the responsibility to report against the supplied Cause and Effect Matrices in accordance with relevant Australian Standards and Legislative requirements
