The Facility involves the construction of a nominal multi-unit 400 MW (nominal installed capacity at ISO conditions) natural gas fired power generation plant, with hydrogen blend capability, using 12 aero-derivative LM2500Xpress units (gas turbine and ancillaries package), designed for fast start operation.
