About this tender
Overview Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service is seeking to establish a Service Agreement, estimated at 5 years, for the provision of Preventative and Corrective Maintenance of Generators and Diesel Generator Power Plant equipment operated and located at Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service facilities, including Generator Servicing and Diesel Tank Inspections. About Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service owns and operates a range of Generators and Diesel Generator Power Plant equipment that provide emergency power supply to facilities and infrastructure. Maintenance is required to optimise their performance over the life of the equipment to ensure security of power supply. Objectives Preventative maintenance Corrective maintenance, including 24 hour, 7 days per week (including gazetted public holidays) Breakdown Support and Emergency Call-Outs Testing and certification Supply and Installation Scope The scope includes: Preventative maintenance of Generators and Diesel Generator Power Plant equipment, undertaken in a planned, timely and cost-effective manner Corrective maintenance of Generators and Diesel Generator Power Plant equipment or part thereof, undertaken in a timely and cost-effective manner to maintain uninterrupted use and meet operational requirements Testing and certification of Generators and Diesel Generator Power Plant equipment Supply and installation of Generators and Diesel Generator Power Plant equipment or part thereof, on an ad hoc basis Contractor Requirements Capability to provide all elements of Generator Servicing and Diesel Tank Inspections, or part thereof Capability to provide all elements of Generator and Diesel Generator Power Plant corrective maintenance, or part thereof Capability to provide all elements of Generator and Diesel Generator Power Plant supply and installation, or part thereof, on an ad hoc basis, and to demonstrate this capability if required All Generators and Diesel Generator Power Plant equipment, maintenance and repairs must adhere to legislative requirements, Australian Standards, Queensland Health Task Specifications and Manufacturer Recommendations Instructions to Tenderers The customer reserves the right to seek alternative quotes for supply and installation of Generators.
