Overview The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions from a head contractor to deliver a Multi-Purpose Sports Facility Upgrade at Kuranda District State College. Scope The scope includes: Demolishing the existing court 1 completely Providing a new court 1 with an all-weather enclosure Constructing a new communications room Refurbishing the existing amenities as required to meet the NCC, AS1428 for building approval, and the Queensland Education Design Guidelines Removal of the cricket nets Relocation of the outdoor gym Relocation of the flagpole and ANZAC memorial rock with plaque Relocation of the currently undetermined water infrastructure near the storage area Contractor Requirements Tender submissions will be accepted from eligible contractors that satisfy the PQC requirements of this project.
