Scope Home modifications at 125 Gela Street, St Pauls 4875 Works to be quoted for completion during normal hours and to meet the requirements of the specification Contractor Requirements Provide the QBuild Supervisor with a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) for any high-risk work prior to starting work onsite Attend the mandatory prestart meeting arranged by the QBuild Supervisor on award and prior to commencement of works, to discuss site and project specifics Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site inspection is mandatory and must be arranged prior to attending site. No admittance to site will be allowed if a site inspection is not prearranged.
