Overview Torres Strait Island Regional Council is seeking a contractor to carry out stumping upgrade works at Lot 42a Warria St and Lot 70 New Village St, Mabuiag Island, as part of external works to various properties. Scope The scope includes: Stumping upgrade work at various properties on Mabuiag Island, including Lot 42a Warria St and Lot 70 New Village St Fit out of properties with quality fixtures and fittings and well equipped facilities Supply of product meeting the attached Design and Construction Standards for Remote Housing criteria Contractor Requirements Works must be quoted for completion during normal hours and must meet the requirements of the specification Provide the QBuild Supervisor with a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) for any high-risk work prior to starting work onsite At time of tender, contractors are required to provide a cost breakup of each element outlined in the Job Summary and Tender Offer Schedule Contractors shall confirm all onsite measurements prior to undertaking works and/or any manufacturing, as all measurements provided are approximate and for quoting purposes only
