Overview Racing Queensland is seeking offers from suitably experienced suppliers for the renovation and extension of the existing jockey and steward facilities and the construction of a new dual swab box at the Mackay Turf Club Inc. Scope The scope includes: Renovation and extension of the existing jockey and steward room facilities at the Mackay Turf Club Inc Construction of a new dual swab box at the Mackay Turf Club Inc Contractor Requirements Suitably experienced supplier for the type of works described Contract Terms and Conditions The successful supplier will be engaged via Racing Queensland's Works Agreement Tender Briefing and Site Inspection An optional site inspection may be held at Mackay Turf Club, depending on interest. Suppliers interested in attending must email procurement@racingqueensland.com.au as soon as possible to register interest. A site inspection will then be scheduled and communicated to all relevant suppliers. Suppliers who have expressed interest are asked to email the names of representatives attending no later than two business days prior to the scheduled site inspection. The closing time and date nominated in the Request for Tender (RFT) is the latest time by which a submission must be logged. Late submissions will not be accepted.
