Scope The scope includes: Roof upgrade works at 186C Access Road, St Pauls Qld, 4875 Works to be quoted for completion during normal hours and to meet the requirements of the specification Contractor Requirements Provide the QBuild Supervisor with a SWMS for any high-risk work prior to starting work onsite Attend the mandatory prestart meeting, arranged by the QBuild Supervisor on award and prior to commencement of works, to discuss site and project specifics; attendance by the contractor's representative is mandatory Confirm all onsite measurements prior to undertaking works and/or any manufacturing, as all measurements provided in the tender are approximate and for quoting purposes only Information Requested Contractors are required to provide a cost breakup of each element outlined in the Job Summary at time of tender
