Scope The scope includes: Various works, including deck, stairs, and kitchen upgrades, at 48 Waterfront Rd, Hammond Island Qld, 4875 Various works, including deck, stairs, and kitchen upgrades, at 81 Waterfront Rd, Hammond Island Qld, 4875 Works to be quoted for completion during normal hours in accordance with the specification requirements Contractor Requirements Provide the QBuild Supervisor with a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) for any high-risk work prior to starting work onsite On award and prior to commencement of works, the contractor's representative must attend a mandatory prestart meeting arranged by the QBuild Supervisor to discuss site and project specifics Confirm all onsite measurements prior to undertaking works and/or any manufacturing, as all measurements provided are approximate and for quoting purposes only Information Requested A cost breakup of each element outlined in the Job Summary and Offer Schedule, to be provided at the time of tender
