Overview Monadelphous is undertaking construction of the greenfield Brigalow Peaking Power Plant (PPP), a gas-fired power station being delivered for CS Energy. As part of this project, Monadelphous requires Paramedic and Emergency Response Services for the duration of the project. About The facility involves construction of a nominal multi-unit 400 MW (nominal installed capacity at ISO conditions) natural gas fired power station, with hydrogen blend capability, using a fast start power generation plant configuration comprising 12 aero-derivative LM2500Xpress units (gas turbine and ancillaries' package). Scope The subcontractor's scope of works shall include: All services associated with the provision of medical and emergency response capability to prevent harm, enable rapid incident response, and ensure compliant clinical care and escalation processes Coverage and Teaming Coverage window: day shift, 12 hours per day onsite, with 30 minutes travel to camp Minimum staffing: 1 x Registered Paramedic and 1 x ESO on site during every rostered day Provision of relief personnel for leave and surge coverage during high-risk works Vehicles and Major Equipment (vendor-supplied) Provision of a mine-spec 4x4 ambulance with ALS-capable fit-out (monitor/defib, O2, suction, trauma/airway kits, immobilisation, splinting, pain management as per CPGs) Provision of a Fast Attack Vehicle or Light Tanker Maintenance of vehicles and equipment, provision of daily readiness checks, and keeping records available for audit Operational Requirements Establishment of muster/turnout call-out and response procedures, meeting agreed turnout/on scene KPIs Equipping and stocking of a basic first-aid room or treatment space (site-provided) unless otherwise agreed Support of emergency exercises, first-aid refreshers, LV rescue refreshers, and ER toolbox engagements Provision of a daily log and monthly HSE/clinical report covering presentations, trends, corrective actions, and equipment status Governance and Compliance Provision of clinical governance (CPGs), medications management, and QLD poisons permit support Escalation and Integration Primary escalation to the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) and nearest appropriate facility Interfacing with the Kogan Creek ERT for emergency support only (no routine shared resourcing) Participation in joint drills where practical and maintenance of clear rendezvous/transfer points KPIs (indicative) Turnout time, documentation completion, readiness checks, and reporting Contractor Requirements Maintain credentials, including AHPRA registration for paramedics and ESO competencies Maintain immunisation and fit-for-work status Comply with the project MERP and Queensland legislation and standards How to Apply Interested parties should reply to this expression of interest with their capability and desire to go onto a tender list to quote the abovementioned works.
