Pathway and Pedestrian Bridge Eudlo Creek

Overview Sunshine Coast Council is inviting tenders for the construction of a new pathway and pedestrian bridge at Eudlo Creek, Eudlo. Council is seeking experienced contractors to undertake the works. Scope The scope includes, but is not limited to: Construction of a new pedestrian bridge with a 10m span Construction of a wooden boardwalk Concrete footpath connections and hard landscaping Provision of all materials, plant and labour, and performance of all necessary operations required to complete the works associated with the contract Contract Terms and Conditions This is a lump sum construction contract, with Council seeking to engage one contractor to undertake the entire construction program of works The project is expected to be finalised prior to the end of March 2027, weather permitting Instructions to Tenderers Council will consider Alternative Tenders when accompanied by a Conforming Tender. Under an Alternate Tender, Respondents may propose alternate substructure or superstructure elements, however significant variations to the bridge layout or geometry will not be considered. Respondents are encouraged to visit the publicly accessible site to familiarise themselves with the conditions, access points and surroundings when conducting due diligence and preparing submissions.
