Overview Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Principal Contractor to undertake housing roof replacements at Kowanyama. Scope The scope includes: Removal and disposal of existing roof sheeting, gutters, downpipes and associated equipment Repairs to structural roof members, tiedowns and soffits as outlined in the structural drawings provided Installation of new roof cladding, gutters, downpipes and fascias Painting of dutch gables Removal and reinstatement of existing roof infrastructure and making good of penetrations, including solar hot water, solar systems, roof ventilation, communication equipment, and data/telecommunication equipment Building certification and provision of necessary Form 12s Contract Terms and Conditions The works are divided into the following separable portions: Separable Portion 1: Duplex 2, Carrington St Separable Portion 2: Duplex 42, Chapman Rd Separable Portion 3: 23 Wuler St Separable Portion 4: 3 Ogimburngk St
