Overview Hope Vale Aboriginal Shire Council is seeking a supplier to manufacture, test, certify, supply, transport, unload and deliver principally supplied prestressed concrete deck units for the Everlina Bridge Project. Purpose This Scope defines the Principal's requirements for the manufacture, testing, certification, supply, transport, unloading and delivery of principally supplied prestressed concrete deck units for the Everlina Bridge Project. The Goods will later be incorporated into bridge construction by others. The Supplier is not engaged under this Contract to install the deck units or perform bridge construction works. Scope The scope includes: Manufacture of all prestressed concrete deck units in accordance with the Contract, approved design documentation, applicable TMR specifications and accepted Supplier Documents Preparation and submission of all required shop drawings, manufacturing data, inspection and test plans, certificates, records and other Supplier Documents Undertaking all testing, inspection, quality assurance, traceability and release activities required by the Contract and applicable TMR requirements Protecting, handling, loading, transporting and unloading the Goods and delivering them to the nominated delivery / laydown location at the Everlina Bridge Project, Elim Road, Hope Vale QLD 4895 Provision of storage where instructed by the Principal in accordance with the priced weekly storage alternative and the Contract Coordination of manufacture and delivery with the Principal and the Principal's Representative, proceeding with due expedition to achieve the earliest practicable delivery program Contract Terms and Conditions The Tender Issue drawings have been issued for pricing and are marked PRELIMINARY - NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION. Final Issued for Construction / approved-for-manufacture documentation will be issued during the Tender Period or prior to Contract award. No manufacture is to commence until the Principal has released the applicable approved-for-manufacture information in writing.
