Overview The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) is seeking a Program Enablement Partner to provide integrated support that drives coordination, integration and delivery effectiveness across the Program lifecycle. Purpose The purpose of this engagement is to provide the ATO with an integrated Partner that will actively drive coordination, integration and delivery effectiveness across the Program lifecycle, augmenting internal capability and capacity. Scope The scope includes: Producing advice, artefacts and coordination mechanisms across the Program lifecycle Proactively identifying and escalating delivery risks, conflicts and constraints, with clear recommended actions Augmenting ATO capability and capacity Contractor Requirements Accountability for the quality, accuracy, timeliness and practical usability of all advice, artefacts and coordination mechanisms produced Enquiries Buyer contact: mackenzie.crowe@ato.gov.au
