Overview Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced tenderers for CTDC003 - 26/27 - Provision for Mowing, Slashing and Streetscape Maintenance across the Fraser Coast Regional Council (FCRC) local government area (LGA). Scope The scope includes: Provision of mowing, slashing and streetscape maintenance services across the FCRC LGA Delivery of services under six separable portions, with tenderers able to submit for one, multiple or all separable portions Instructions to Tenderers This invitation to offer is structured in separable portions. The Principal may only award any portion depending on funding availability, and requires tenderers to price all portions or part portions and to provide a discount if awarded more than one portion in the process. The Principal may award part or the whole of the contract to a single tenderer or to a panel of tenderers, and may award any combination of separable portions to one or more contractors to achieve the best overall value for money, capability, service resilience and service outcomes. Tender response forms are to be submitted as two files only, in the following format: Non-Price Response Form: PDF including all supporting documentation as one file. This PDF must not contain any price related criteria. Price Response Form: Excel Failure to comply with this requirement may result in a non-conforming offer. Tender Briefing A tender briefing is not mandatory for this tender. The details are outlined below: Date: Wednesday, 19 August 2026 Time: 11:00am (AEST), for approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour Location: Teams meeting, or in person with a physical location in Hervey Bay QLD 4655 (actual physical location to be advised, depending on the number of registered attendees at the physical location) Booking is required. Attendees must state their name, position, mobile number and email address, and whether they are attending by Teams or in person, to procurement@frasercoast.qld.gov.au so that a Teams meeting link can be sent or in-person attendance arranged.
