Overview Metro North Hospital Health Service is seeking a supplier to provide replacement Central Sterilising Department equipment for the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. Scope The scope of this tender covers the design, supply, delivery, installation, integration, validation (IQ/OQ), commissioning, staff training, and warranty/ongoing service support for equipment to service the reprocessing of all reusable medical devices within the hospital. The scope includes: Trolley washers and associated wash rack configurations Pass-through batch washers (washer-disinfectors) and associated height adjustable trolleys, automated load/unload system, rack return system, wash racks and configuration for robotics instruments, MIS/LAP, anaesthetics, and tray configurations and associated attachments Pass through pre-vacuum steam sterilisers with associated height adjustable trolleys, racks, automated preload/unload capacity, and rack return Multi-chamber pass-through index washers, comprising wash, ultrasonic, disinfection, and drying chamber configurations and associated load/unload system Pass-through instrument drying cabinets Pass through automated flexible endoscope reprocessors and associated attachments (minimum 2 scopes), pre filtration and water feed requirements Automatic rotary heat-sealing devices Ultrasonic irrigator, standalone (inclusive of attachments) Endoscope drying/bagging unit Automated lifting device for road trunks/tubs (loans) High potential reusable medical devices insulation testing module Washer disinfector multi wash rack storage system Stand-alone hatch (automated or manual) for RMD transfer Contractor Requirements The successful supplier(s) will be required to demonstrate that the proposed equipment, taken as an integrated system, supports a fully compliant, unidirectional (dirty-to-clean-to-sterile) CRD workflow in accordance with AS/NZS 5369:2023 and integrates with the hospital's existing/nominated instrument and endoscope tracking system (TDOC) Each piece of operating equipment supplied to this specification must be marked in a legible and indelible manner with the manufacturer's name or registered trademark, a model number or name specific to the particular equipment, and a serial number identifying the individual piece of equipment
