Provision of Cleaning Services

Overview West Moreton Hospital and Health Service is seeking vendor proposals for the provision of cleaning services at a number of its facilities. Scope The scope includes: Provision of cleaning services at Ipswich Health Plaza, 21 Bell Street, Ipswich Qld 4305 Provision of cleaning services at Hayden Centre, 37 South Street, Ipswich Qld 4305 Provision of cleaning services at West Moreton Learning Centre, 40 South Street, Ipswich Qld 4305 Provision of cleaning services at East Street Clinic, 77 East Street, Ipswich Qld 4305 Provision of cleaning services at Goodna Community Health, 81 Queen Street, Goodna Qld 4300 Cleaning of administrative and/or clinical areas in accordance with the task, frequency and standard developed for each facility based on the cleaning risk level under the Strategic Operational Services Environmental Clean Services Guidelines The following is out of scope for this contract: cleaning of medical equipment and gymnasium equipment, internal cleaning of plant rooms, electrical switchboards and fire indicator panels. Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A mandatory briefing session and site inspection of all facilities will be conducted on Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th October 2026. No other inspection times will be arranged. Date: Monday 26 and Tuesday 27 October 2026 Registration deadline: Thursday 22 October 2026 Attendance limit: Maximum of two representatives from each organisation All suppliers are to register to attend the briefing and site inspections by emailing the Customer's Contact Person nominated in Part A Invitation to Offer Document, listing the names of attendees, by Thursday 22 October 2026.
