Overview The Department of Primary Industries (DPI) is seeking offers from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide grounds maintenance services at its Parkhurst facility located at 25 Yeppoon Road, Rockhampton. About The Parkhurst property is one of DPI's larger office sites and comprises a developed area of approximately 4.8 hectares, including approximately 2.4 hectares of landscaped grounds and maintained green space. Scope Provision of grounds maintenance services at DPI's Parkhurst facility to ensure the site is maintained in a safe, functional and highly presentable condition Contract Terms and Conditions Contract term initially up to 30 November 2027 2 x 12-month extension options Tender Briefing and Site Inspection This RFQ has a mandatory industry briefing. Date: Thursday, 8 October 2026 Time: 2:30pm Location: Department of Primary Industries, 25 Yeppoon Road, Parkhurst QLD 4702 Suppliers must register for the site visit / industry briefing via email no later than 2:00PM, Wednesday, 7 October 2026 to procurement@dpi.qld.gov.au, providing the company name and the name and contact number for each attendee.
