About this tender
Overview Maranoa Regional Council is seeking to add suppliers to its Register of Pre-qualified Suppliers for Minor Works, Civil Construction & Maintenance. Council is seeking suitably competent and equipped contractors to provide teams of labour, plant and other resources capable of delivering minor civil construction and maintenance services within the Maranoa Region. Purpose The register aims to provide Council with resources to supplement its own work teams with contractor teams, either during peak operational times or for defined areas of work within the Maranoa Region. Scope The scope includes delivery of services within the following fields: Road maintenance (including line marking and asphalt crack sealing) Road construction and rehabilitation works Concrete construction and drainage repair works Water reticulation construction and maintenance Sewerage system construction and maintenance Gas system construction and maintenance Other minor civil maintenance and construction (not included above) Contractor Requirements Panel members must provide safe and efficient delivery of services, including plant, labour and direct supervision, to effectively deliver minor construction and maintenance works within the Maranoa Region Teams must be resourced and managed by the contractor in a manner which minimises Council's supervision requirements during delivery Contractors must ensure that, in providing any of the services requested by Council, all requirements for those services set out in the Tender Documents are addressed and delivered as described Contract Terms and Conditions Successful suppliers will remain on the panel until its expiry date on 31 March 2029 Instructions to Tenderers If you are already a member of the Register of Pre-qualified Suppliers for Minor Works, Civil Construction & Maintenance, you do not need to submit a tender. Multiple tenders are released each year to ensure all interested suppliers have the opportunity to join.
