Overview Council is seeking a contractor to undertake the restoration and repainting of the existing heritage-listed masonry and ironwork fence at the Childers Service Centre. Scope The scope includes: Restoration of the existing heritage-listed masonry and ironwork fence at the Childers Service Centre Repainting of the heritage-listed fence Provision of all labour, materials, plant, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the works Contract Terms and Conditions Works must be completed by 31/05/2027 Site Inspection Council will host a non-compulsory site inspection. Date: Tuesday 20/10/2026 Time: 9.30am for 1 hour Location: Front of Childers Service Centre, 45 Churchill Street, CHILDERS QLD 4660 Attendance: Optional Contractors wishing to attend must confirm their attendance via the tendering portal. Register interest by Friday 16/10/2026, 5.00 pm via the tendering portal. All site visit enquiries and arrangements are managed through the tendering portal only.
