Overview Cassowary Coast Regional Council invites quotations from suitably qualified and licensed roofing contractors to undertake roof renewal works across four Council facilities under the Roof Renewal Program. Scope The works are divided into four separable portions: Portion 1, Cardwell Lions Club Hall: Partial roof replacement, purlin replacement and eastern gable-end cladding replacement Portion 2, See Poy Building, Pease Park: Complete roof rescrew Portion 3, Callendar Park: Partial roof replacement and box gutter rectification Portion 4, Mission Beach Library: Complete roof rescrew, partial roof replacement and box gutter works Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and licensed roofing contractor Instructions to Tenderers Respondents may quote for one, several or all portions. Council may award the portions individually or in any combination.
