SEC-004-Security Fencing - Olympic and Paralympic Games Brisbane 2032

This package seeks to engage experienced suppliers for the provision of highsecurity fencing systems to support the protection of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games venues, with a particular focus on sensitive and high-profile environments such as Athlete Villages. These fencing solutions will be critical to defining and ensuring secure perimeters, controlled access, and protection against unauthorised intrusion into temporary and permanent installations. Brisbane 2032 anticipates perimeter fencing requirements across approximately 40 to 50 competition and key non-competition venues, with enhanced specifications for designated high-security zones. The scope of work may include, however is not limited to: Supply, delivery, installation, maintenance, and removal of security fencing systems, including: Specialist engineered fencing for athlete villages and other highsecurity areas (e.g. anti-climb, anti-cut, ballistic-rated, or intrusion-detection integrated fencing). Temporary and permanent high-security perimeter fencing. Integrated access control points, gates, and surveillance mounting infrastructure. Design and engineering support to ensure fencing solutions meet sitespecific security risk profiles and operational requirements. Integration with broader security infrastructure, including hostile vehicle mitigation, surveillance systems (including mounting onto or into the fencing system), and access control technologies. Compliance with relevant Australian Standards, National Construction Code (NCC), and Games-specific technical specifications, including WHS regulations, DDA requirements, fire safety and evacuations standards in application at the time of the Games and temporary structure codes. Coordination with venue operators, overlay contractors, and security agencies to ensure timely deployment and operational readiness. Post-Games decommissioning and removal, with consideration for reuse, recycling, or legacy integration where appropriate. Respondents should demonstrate experience in delivering high-security fencing solutions for large-scale, multi-site events or critical infrastructure programs, with the capacity to respond flexibly to evolving threat environments and operational needs.
