The State of Queensland acting through the Department of Sport, Racing and Olympic and Paralympic Games (DSROPG) are inviting offers from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of Sport Venues Security Services. The Customer will hold a briefing session at Townsville Sports Precinct: Wednesday 3 June 2026, 10am to 12pm Toowoomba Sports Ground: Friday 5 June 2026 10am to 12pm Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct: Monday 8 June 2026, 10am to 12pm Gold Coast Performance Centre: Tuesday 9 June 2026, 9:30am to 11:30am Gold Coast Recreation Precinct: Tuesday 9 June 2026, 1pm to 3pm It is mandatory for Suppliers to attend the briefing session/s in order to submit an offer. Suppliers must register to attend this briefing by emailing procurement@sport.qld.gov.au by 10:00am on Tuesday 2 June 2026 listing the names of those Supplier representatives attending. To assist suppliers in their response, please refer to attached Invitation package including; 1) Invitation to Offer Part A and attachments 2) Invitation to Offer Part B (3 - Group, TSP, TSG) 3) Invitation to Offer Part C and Attachment All enquiries relating to this tender must be communicated in writing to the contact officer via email; procurement@sport.qld.gov.au. Please note offers closing date is 2pm (AEST) Friday 19 June 2026.
