This package seeks suppliers for the design, supply, installation, and support of Public Address (PA) systems across designated Brisbane 2032 Olympic venues. The scope of work may include, however is not limited to: • System Design & Engineering • Venue-specific acoustic analysis and PA system design. • Integration with existing AV and emergency communication systems. • Supply & Installation • Provision of speakers, amplifiers, microphones, control units, and cabling. • Installation and commissioning of PA systems with redundancy features. • Testing & Certification • Performance testing for clarity and coverage. • Compliance with safety and international event standards. • Operations & Support • On-site technical support during the Games. • Maintenance, troubleshooting, and post-event decommissioning. • Additional Requirements • Accessibility features (e.g., multilingual support). • Alignment with local content, Indigenous participation, and sustainability goals
