Overview The State of Queensland, through the Director General, Department of Housing and Public Works (Customer), is seeking to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of Arboriculture Services within South East Queensland. Respondents are invited to submit an SOA Offer for this arrangement. SOA Name: Trade Contractor Arboriculture Services SOA Number: QBTCARB26SEQ Purpose This new trade SOA replaces the existing UMMUS (Unplanned Maintenance and Minor Upgrade Services) and HVM (Housing Vacant Maintenance) arrangements.
