This package seeks to engage experienced suppliers for the provision of temporary cabin infrastructure to support the delivery and operation of Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games venues. Temporary cabins will be essential for enabling functional spaces across competition and non-competition sites, including workforce offices, athlete and staff amenities, operational control rooms, and other overlay requirements. Brisbane 2032 estimates a requirement: Across 30-40 venues for different types of office cabins of between 30,000m2 and 50,000m2 Across 30-40 venues for different types of shower/toilet cabins of between 20,000m2 and 30,000m2 The scope of work may include, however is not limited to: Supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and removal of temporary cabins, including: Single storey, joined and stacked cabin configurations for space optimisation Office cabins for venue operations, workforce management, and administration Shower and toilet cabins for athlete, workforce, and public use Accessible units compliant with disability access standards Cabling, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting fit-out as required Compliance with relevant Australian Standards, National Construction Code (NCC), and Games-specific technical specifications, with relevant building, safety, and accessibility standards, including WHS regulations, DDA requirements, and temporary structure codes. Operational support services, including: Maintenance and fault response during pre-Games and Games-time phases Cleaning and servicing of amenity cabins Coordination with venue teams to ensure timely installation and removal Respondents should demonstrate experience in delivering temporary cabin solutions for large-scale, multi-site events or infrastructure programs, with proven capability in logistics, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
