This package seeks to engage experienced suppliers for the provision of flag poles and rigging systems to support ceremonial, operational, and celebratory requirements across Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games venues. Flag displays will play a critical role in representing over 200 competing nations, as well as in honoring medal winners and enhancing venue presentation. The scope of work may include, however is not limited to: Supply, delivery, installation, and removal of: High-quality, durable flag poles for national representation across key venues and precincts. Flag poles of varying heights and specifications, attached to structures or base mounted on ground suitable for outdoor and indoor use, including permanent and temporary installations. Additional flag poles for Games branding, wayfinding, and ceremonial use. Coordination with venue teams, overlay contractors, and protocol specialists to ensure correct placement, orientation, and flag handling procedures. Compliance with relevant Australian Standards, National Construction Code (NCC), and Games-specific technical specifications, with relevant building, safety, and accessibility standards, including WHS regulations, DDA requirements, and temporary structure codes. Maintenance and operational support during Games-time, including flag changes and rigging adjustments. Decommissioning and removal of temporary infrastructure post-Games, with consideration for reuse or legacy deployment. Respondents should demonstrate experience in supplying and installing flag poles and rigging systems for large-scale international events, with the capability to meet tight delivery schedules and operate across multiple venues
