About this tender
This package seeks to engage experienced suppliers for the design, supply, installation, and removal of multi-level temporary tent structures, including integrated lift systems, to support operational and hospitality functions across Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games venues. The scope of work may include, however is not limited to: Design and engineering of modular, multi-storey temporary tent structures suitable for use as media centres, hospitality suites etc. Supply, delivery, installation, and removal of: Structural framing, flooring, roofing, and wall systems Internal fitout including partitions, lighting, HVAC, and finishes Integrated lift systems (passenger and/or freight) to ensure accessibility and vertical transport between levels Stairs, ramps, and other access solutions compliant with accessibility and safety standards. Provision of structural certification, wind load analysis, and fire safety compliance documentation. Compliance with relevant Australian Standards, National Construction Code (NCC), and Games-specific technical specifications, with relevant building, safety, and accessibility standards, including WHS regulations, DDA requirements, and temporary structure codes. Maintenance and operational support during Games-time, including lift servicing and structural inspections. Decommissioning and site restoration post-Games, with consideration for reuse or sustainable disposal of materials. Respondents should demonstrate experience in delivering multi-level temporary structures with integrated lift systems for large-scale international events or infrastructure programs, with proven capability in logistics, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
