About this tender
This package seeks to engage experienced suppliers for the provision of scaffolding systems to support the delivery of temporary infrastructure and operational requirements across Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games venues. Scaffolding will be required for a range of purposes including construction access, temporary structures, broadcast platforms, signage installation, and field-of-play support. The scope of work may include, however is not limited to: Supply, delivery, installation, certification, maintenance, and removal of scaffolding systems including: Modular scaffolding for accessible ramps, stairs and working platforms Specialist scaffolding for broadcast towers, camera platforms, speaker arrays, and lighting rigs Scaffolding integrated with overlay structures such as platforms for tents, cabins, FOP, and signage Provision of scaffolding solutions suitable for indoor and outdoor environments, including high-traffic public areas and restricted access zones. Compliance with relevant Australian Standards, National Construction Code (NCC), and Games-specific technical specifications, with relevant building, safety, and accessibility standards, including WHS regulations, DDA requirements, and temporary structure codes. Coordination with venue teams, overlay contractors, and other trades to ensure safe and efficient installation and dismantling. Engineering design, load certification, and risk assessments as required. Decommissioning and post-Games, with consideration for reuse or sustainable disposal. Respondents should demonstrate experience in supplying and managing scaffolding systems for large-scale, multi-site events or infrastructure programs, with proven capability in logistics, compliance, and stakeholder coordination
