This package seeks to engage experienced suppliers for the provision of shipping containers to support logistics, storage, and operational requirements across Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games venues. Containers will be used for secure storage of equipment, materials, and supplies during pre-Games, Games-time, and decommissioning phases. Brisbane 2032 estimates a requirement for shipping containers with an internal area of between 15,000m2 to 30,000m2 across 30-40 competition and key noncompetition Games venues. The scope of work may include, however is not limited to: Supply, delivery, placement, and removal of shipping containers including: Standard 20ft and 40ft containers High cube containers for oversized equipment Refrigerated containers for temperature-sensitive goods Modified containers for use as temporary offices, workshops, or secure compounds. Container shelters (igloo/dome) various sizes. Provision of containers suitable for indoor and outdoor use, with appropriate weatherproofing, ventilation, and security features. Compliance with relevant Australian Standards, National Construction Code (NCC), and Games-specific technical specifications, with relevant building, safety, and accessibility standards, including WHS regulations, DDA requirements, and temporary structure codes. Coordination with logistics teams, venue operators, and overlay contractors to ensure determine delivery methods, timely deployment and integration within tight site layouts. Maintenance and support services during Games-time, including access management and container relocation as required. Decommissioning and removal of containers post-Games, with consideration for reuse, recycling, or sustainable disposal. Respondents should demonstrate experience in supplying and managing container infrastructure for large-scale, multi-site events or logistics programs, with proven capability in transport, compliance, and operational coordination.
