VNI-019-Site Works and Utility Connections-Partner - Olympic and Paralympic Games Brisbane 2032

This package seeks to engage experienced contractors to deliver site preparation works and utility connections across Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games venues. These services are essential to enable the installation and operation of temporary overlay infrastructure and ensure venues are fully functional for Games-time activities. The scope of work may include, however is not limited to: Site preparation works including: Ground clearing, levelling, grading, and compaction Installation of temporary access roads, pathways, and hardstands Excavation and trenching for services Removal of existing fencing, hoarding, and safety barriers. Utility connections and enabling works including: Temporary and permanent electrical connections and distribution Water supply and wastewater connections Stormwater management and drainage systems Data and communications cabling and infrastructure Gas supply connections where required. Coordination with utility providers, venue operators, and overlay contractors to ensure timely and compliant delivery. Compliance with relevant environmental, safety, and construction standards. Decommissioning and site restoration post-Games, including removal of temporary infrastructure and remediation of disturbed areas. Respondents should demonstrate experience in delivering site works and utility connections for large-scale, multi-site infrastructure or event programs, with proven capability in logistics, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory compliance
