The scope of work may include, however is not limited to: Design, supply, delivery, installation, and removal of temporary access infrastructure including: Pre-fabricated modular stair/ramp systems for spectators,workforce, and operational use. Bespoke timber solutions for stair/ramp systems for spectators, workforce, and operational use. DDA-compliant ramps for accessibility across all venue types. Integrated handrails, edge protection, and non-slip surfaces. Access solutions for overlay structures such as tents, cabins, platforms, and media towers. Provision of systems suitable for indoor and outdoor use, with consideration for durability, weather resistance, and crowd safety. Coordination with overlay contractors, accessibility consultants, and venue teams to ensure compliant and functional access solutions. Compliance with relevant Australian Standards, National Construction Code (NCC), and Games-specific technical specifications, with relevant building, safety, and accessibility standards, including WHS regulations, DDA requirements, and temporary structure codes. Decommissioning post-Games, with consideration for reuse or sustainable disposal of materials. Respondents should demonstrate experience in supplying and installing temporary access infrastructure for large-scale, multi-site events or infrastructure programs, with proven capability in logistics, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
