This package seeks to engage experienced suppliers for the design, supply, installation, and removal of temporary technical support structures to facilitate the safe and efficient deployment of services and infrastructure across Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games venues. These structures will support critical systems such as power, broadcast, communications, and overlay services. The scope of work may include, however is not limited to: Design and engineering of temporary technical structures including: Cable bridges and gantries for routing power, broadcast, and data cabling across pedestrian or vehicle pathways Service towers and platforms for mounting technical equipment Support frames for temporary lighting, AV, and communications systems. Design, certification, supply, delivery, installation, and removal of structural components including steelwork, decking, cladding, and anchoring systems. Integration with venue layouts, overlay infrastructure, and technical delivery plans. Compliance with relevant Australian Standards, National Construction Code (NCC), and Games-specific technical specifications, with relevant building, safety, and accessibility standards, including WHS regulations, DDA requirements, and temporary structure codes. Coordination with technical teams, overlay contractors, and venue operators to ensure timely deployment and operational readiness. Decommissioning post-Games, with consideration for reuse, modularity, and sustainable disposal. Respondents should demonstrate experience in delivering temporary technical structures for large-scale international events or infrastructure programs, with proven capability in bespoke design, compliance, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
