This package seeks to engage experienced suppliers for the design, supply, installation, and removal of temporary tent structures to support operational, public, and functional needs across Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games venues. These structures will be essential for venue entry screening areas, workforce compounds, hospitality zones, media centres, and other Games-time facilities. Brisbane 2032 estimates a requirement across 40 to 50 competition and key non-competition venues for between 120,000m2 to 170,000m2 of tents of various types and sizes. The scope of work may include, however is not limited to: Design and engineering of modular tent structures suitable for outdoor use, including: Multiple span configurations ranging from 3m to 30m and above. Entry screening tents with integrated queuing systems and security infrastructure Workforce and operational tents with climate control, lighting, and fitout Hospitality and media tents with enhanced finishes Tent configurations compliant with Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and AS 1428 Supply, delivery, installation, and removal of tent components including framing, roofing, hard and soft walling, glazed panels, doors, cassette and lay in flooring, ballast and pin anchoring systems. Integration with site services including power, lighting, HVAC, and communications. Compliance with relevant Australian Standards, National Construction Code (NCC), and Games-specific technical specifications, with relevant building, safety, and accessibility standards, including WHS regulations, DDA requirements, and temporary structure codes. Coordination with venue teams, overlay contractors, and functional area leads to ensure timely deployment and operational readiness. Decommissioning with consideration for reuse, modularity, and sustainable disposal. Respondents should demonstrate experience in supplying and managing temporary tent infrastructure for large-scale, multi-site events or infrastructure programs, with proven capability in logistics, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
