This package seeks to engage experienced suppliers for the provision of temporary water infrastructure to support the delivery and operation of Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games venues. Reliable water supply and grey water management will be essential to enabling catering, sanitation, cleaning, hydration, and other critical services across Games competition and non-competition sites. The scope of work may include, however is not limited to: Supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and removal of temporary water infrastructure, including: Potable water tanks, pumps, and distribution systems Grey water collection, storage, and treatment systems Plumbing connections to overlay kitchens, Food and Beverage outlets, toilets, showers, and hydration stations Water filtration and quality monitoring equipment. Integration with venue layouts and overlay designs, including coordination with catering, cleaning, and sanitation service providers. Compliance with relevant Australian Standards, National Construction Code (NCC), and Games-specific technical specifications, with relevant building, safety, and accessibility standards, including WHS regulations, DDA requirements, and temporary structure codes. Compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards, including AS/NZS plumbing codes and water quality guidelines. Operational support services, including: System testing and certification prior to and during Games-time operations Monitoring, maintenance, and fault response during pre-Games and Games-time phases Coordination with local utilities providers. Decommissioning with consideration for equipment reuse, water conservation, and environmental protection. Respondents should demonstrate experience in delivering temporary water and waste solutions for large-scale, multi-site events or infrastructure programs, with proven capability in logistics, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
