About this tender
Overview The Department for Education (SA) is proposing works at Augusta Park Primary School to deliver a new resource centre and community hub, along with refurbishment of an existing building. About Augusta Park Primary School was successful in its application to the Australian Government's Schools Upgrade Fund (SUF) for the upgrade, and has committed additional funding towards the internal refurbishment of building 4. Scope The scope includes: Demolition of two unused DEMAC buildings (buildings 6 and 11) at Augusta Park Primary School Delivery of a new resource centre and community hub Relocation of existing facilities currently housed in building 4 Internal refurbishment of building 4, to be repurposed to accommodate Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) learning spaces and a multi-purpose/Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) facility Site Inspection A site visit will be arranged for late October/early November 2026.
