Overview The T2D Alliance is seeking organisations interested in the reuse, relocation or repurposing of two large spoil sheds and two segment sheds located at the Richmond Road and Daws Road tunnel entry sites, as part of the North-South Corridor: Torrens to Darlington section. Scope The scope includes: Reuse, relocation or repurposing of two large spoil sheds located at the Richmond Road and Daws Road tunnel entry sites Reuse, relocation or repurposing of two segment sheds located at the Richmond Road and Daws Road tunnel entry sites Arranging dismantling and transportation of the structures The structures are expected to become available at the completion of tunnelling works, with dismantling anticipated in October-November 2027. Purpose The project is prioritising reuse outcomes over scrap recovery. Contractor Requirements Capability to arrange dismantling and transportation of the structures How to Apply Interested parties are encouraged to submit an Expression of Interest.
