About this tender
Overview The Department of Treasury and Finance (SA) is seeking to establish a partnership with a vendor with specialist automation delivery capability to support the implementation of automation initiatives across the department, referred to as the DTF Automation Program. Scope The scope includes: Supporting delivery of multiple automation initiatives across a variety of DTF branches and business areas through discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and support activities Providing automation capability that operates effectively in compliance with DTF governance, security, and technology environment Providing ongoing support through the vendor's managed services offering Delivering measurable productivity and service improvements through effective, fit for purpose automation outcomes Tender Briefing DTF Automation Program Briefing Date and time: 1:00 pm, 18 August 2026 Format: Virtual briefing (Microsoft Teams online meeting) Attendance at the Supplier Briefing is mandatory. Only prospective suppliers who attend the briefing and register their attendance with the Contact Person will be eligible for assessment. Details of the meeting will be provided to registered attendees. Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
