Overview The District Council of Streaky Bay invites Expressions of Interest from individuals or businesses interested in leasing and operating the Park Kiosk, located within the Streaky Bay Foreshore Tourist Park. Purpose Council is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative operator to provide a quality, reliable food and beverage service for the community and visitors. Scope The scope includes: Leasing and operating the Park Kiosk within the Streaky Bay Foreshore Tourist Park Building on the kiosk's reputation for affordable, convenient food and locally sourced products Exploring opportunities to offer a varied and appealing menu Providing a welcoming, family-friendly environment Maintaining reliable opening hours Information Requested Submissions must include: A completed Expression of Interest application Details of referees Instructions to Respondents Details of the leasing opportunity, submission requirements and the application form are available here or from the Council Office. Expressions of Interest registrations close on Friday, 6 November 2026, with an extension available upon request.
