Overview The District Council of Peterborough invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from individuals, businesses and organisations wishing to lease office accommodation located within the Peterborough Town Hall at 108 Main Street, Peterborough. The office is a stand-alone tenancy with its own external access. The successful tenant will have exclusive use of the office space only. Access to the remainder of the Town Hall is not included as part of the lease. Scope The property features include: Stand-alone office accommodation Located in the Peterborough Town Hall Separate external access Water and electricity included in the lease Suitable for professional office or administrative use Convenient central Main Street location Contract Terms and Conditions Initial lease term of 12 months Information Requested Expressions of Interest are to include: Proposed weekly rental (plus GST if applicable) Intended use of the premises Details of the applicant and business/organisation Any relevant experience or information supporting the application Instructions to Tenderers Council reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest and is not bound to accept the highest or any proposal received.
