About this tender

Overview The City of Onkaparinga is seeking responses from suitably qualified suppliers for the 26/27 HVAC Renewal Program. About As part of Council's asset assessments, it has been identified that multiple council sites have HVAC systems that are approaching the end of their useful life. The 26/27 HVAC Renewal Program comprises four separate HVAC Renewal Projects that are scheduled for delivery as part of Council's Planned and Capital Works Program for the 26/27 financial year. Scope This tender includes four sites under a single procurement process. Tenderers are encouraged to submit quotes for all sites, however submissions for selected sites may be considered. Consideration may be given where Tenderers can demonstrate overall value for money and associated benefits from awarding multiple sites to a single Tenderer. The scope includes delivery of HVAC Renewal for the following sites: McLaren Vale Information Centre Seaford Community Centre Port Noarlunga Arts Centre Christies Downs Community Centre These projects will be delivered on their own independent schedules to suit the needs of the individual site stakeholders, however it is expected that there will be some overlap between sites to maximise efficiencies for tenderers. Tender Briefing and Site Inspection Date: Tuesday 28 July 2026 Time: 9:00am Location: Meet at Mclaren Vale Visitor Centre Attendees will proceed to each of the other sites after the meeting point. Please allow sufficient time to accommodate all four site visits, being McLaren Vale Information Centre, Seaford Community Centre, Port Noarlunga Arts Centre, and Christies Downs Community Centre.

How to respond to this tender

A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.

Read the requirements in full

Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.

Confirm you are eligible and it is worth bidding

Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.

Answer every criterion with evidence

Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.

Lodge early through the official portal

Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
