About The Santos Tour Down Under (TDU) is the first event on the annual UCI World Tour Calendar. It involves a 6-day event featuring UCI WorldTour Men's and Women's races, along with a range of associated events. The TDU is the biggest cycling race in Australasia and one of only two UCI WorldTour events staged in the Southern Hemisphere. Scope The scope includes: Transporting, installing and removing crowd control barriers at each start and finish location daily throughout the TDU event, to ensure rider and spectator safety Provision of up to eleven 30-foot rigid trucks with drivers Provision of up to 40 labour crew per day to offload barriers and re-pack them Delivery of services at locations throughout metropolitan and regional areas of South Australia Contract Terms and Conditions The proposed contract covers 3 events: the 2027 event, the 2028 event, and the 2029 event.
