Overview The City of Holdfast Bay (the Council) invites tenders from tenderers for the provision of the Annual Road Renewal Program (the Services). About The Council is seeking to engage a qualified contractor with experience in road resurfacing and construction for the annual road renewal program. The site location is various streets throughout the City of Holdfast Bay area.
