Overview Kingborough Council is inviting fixed-price tenders from competent contractors to design, construct, and commission a single DDA toilet facility at the Alonnah Recreation Ground, Bruny Island. Scope The scope includes: Supply of all materials, plant, labour, and any other services, costs, and fees necessary to design and construct a single DDA toilet facility Commissioning of the completed DDA toilet facility Provision of an alternative price to incorporate 2 small change rooms into the facility Instructions to Tenderers Tender documents are only available to registered suppliers by downloading them from the portal. Registration is free and can be completed through the registration link. Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum. Responses to questions raised by tenderers will be posted on the forum and made available to any person who has downloaded the tender documents. Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion. If a receipt is not received, it is recommended that the tender be uploaded again. Tenders will not be accepted by hand delivery, post, facsimile, or email. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
