Overview Tasmanian Ports Corporation Pty Ltd (TasPorts) is seeking an experienced Commercial Advisor to lead and manage the transaction process for the Burnie Chip Export Terminal (BCET), from process design through to transaction completion. Purpose TasPorts is undertaking a review of alternative ownership and operating models for the Burnie Chip Export Terminal, a significant piece of Tasmania's port infrastructure. Scope The scope includes: Leading and managing the BCET transaction from process design through to transaction completion Working alongside TasPorts' legal, probity, and other specialist advisors throughout the transaction Contractor Requirements Experience as a Commercial Advisor in leading and managing transaction processes Instructions to Tenderers Please refer to the attachments for further details.
